  • 1/2 cup Walnuts Chopped; pecans can be substituted
  • 1 cup Arugula Leaves Fresh
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil For greasing

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the puff pastry or prepare the flatbread on a baking sheet.

  3. Thinly slice the ripe pears and arrange them on the base.
  4. Crumble Gorgonzola cheese evenly over the pears.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven, drizzle with honey, sprinkle with walnuts, and add arugula and black pepper.
