- In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Once bubbling, add shrimp and sauté for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove from heat to cool slightly.
- In a medium bowl, check lump crab meat for shells. Combine cooled shrimp with crab meat, mixing gently.
- In a large bowl, mix 8 oz cream cheese, ½ cup mayonnaise, and ½ cup sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in 3 minced garlic cloves, ¼ tsp paprika, ½ tsp onion powder, ½ tsp salt, and ¼ tsp black pepper into the mixture.
- Gently fold in shrimp, crab meat, 2 cups fresh spinach, and 1 tbsp lemon juice.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Pour dip into greased baking dish, topping with ½ cup shredded mozzarella and ¼ cup grated Parmesan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
