Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare the baking sheet.

  3. Whisk eggs with milk and season with salt and pepper until frothy.
  4. Scramble eggs in a nonstick skillet over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until fluffy.
  5. Sauté diced bell peppers and red onions in the same skillet for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Assemble the bowls with tater tots, scrambled eggs, sautéed vegetables, and any protein.
  7. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and garnish with green onions before serving.
