Ingredients
  

For the Salad
  • 2 pieces tomatoes ripe, chopped
  • 0.5 pieces cucumber seedless, sliced
  • 1 small red onion sliced
  • 1 cup Kalamata olives halved or whole
  • 200 grams feta cheese crumbled or sliced
For the Dressing
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil high-quality
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • salt to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and dry the vegetables thoroughly. Dice the tomatoes, slice the cucumber, and slice the red onion. Combine in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the Kalamata olives to the bowl, either halved or whole.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the red wine vinegar and olive oil until combined.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, then pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
  5. Add chunks of feta cheese on top and sprinkle with oregano.
  6. Serve immediately to enjoy the fresh flavors.
