Preparation Steps

  4. Roast the chickpeas in the oven for 20 minutes, shaking them halfway through.
  5. Combine honey and mustard in a bowl until smooth in a separate bowl.
  6. Toss the roasted chickpeas in the honey and mustard mixture, spread them out on the tray again, and roast for an additional 10 minutes.
  7. Check for doneness, they should be golden and crispy; roast longer if necessary.
  8. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and enjoy as a snack or salad topping.
