Step-by-Step Instructions

  6. Cut the chilled dough into 8-10 wedges, place on the baking sheet, brush with heavy cream, and sprinkle with cardamom sugar.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Whisk together 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon cardamom extract, and heavy cream for the glaze.
