Preparation Steps
- Begin by lining a 9x11 inch baking sheet with parchment paper; this will help your Rocky Road Frozen Greek Yogurt Bark release easily once frozen. Set aside.
- Pour the Chocolate Greek yogurt onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into a uniform layer approximately ¼ to ½ inch thick.
- Gently tap the baking sheet on the counter a few times to help release any air bubbles trapped in the yogurt layer.
- Evenly sprinkle the semi-sweet chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, mini marshmallows, and broken waffle cone pieces over the yogurt layer.
- Carefully place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow it to set for 6-8 hours, or overnight for best results.
