- Finely dice the red onion, jalapeños, and garlic cloves. Place them into a resealable bag and seal tightly. Smash the contents for about 2-3 minutes.
- Slice the ripe avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop the flesh into a large mixing bowl and mash to desired consistency.
