Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Finely dice the red onion, jalapeños, and garlic cloves. Place them into a resealable bag and seal tightly. Smash the contents for about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Slice the ripe avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop the flesh into a large mixing bowl and mash to desired consistency.
  3. Add the smashed aromatics, lime juice, cilantro, salt, garlic powder, and chile lime seasoning to the bowl. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Add more lime juice, salt, or garlic powder to suit preference.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with additional cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips or as a topping for tacos.
