  • 1 pound Shrimp Frozen shrimp, thawed
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun Seasoning Optional for extra flavor
For the Wrap
  • 4 large Tortilla Whole wheat preferred
  • 2 cups Romaine Lettuce Substitutable with spinach
For the Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Caesar Dressing Lighter version recommended
For the Toppings
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Dairy-free cheese can be used
  • 1/2 cup Bacon Bits or Croutons Sunflower seeds for vegetarian option

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the shrimp with salt and Cajun seasoning. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until opaque.
  4. Lay out tortillas and add a handful of romaine lettuce to each.
  5. Layer grilled shrimp over the lettuce and drizzle Caesar dressing.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Add croutons or bacon bits if desired.
  7. Roll the wraps tightly and slice in half diagonally.
