Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine low-sodium chicken broth and unsalted butter. Bring to a gentle boil and stir in stuffing mix. Cover and let rest for 5 minutes.
  3. Melt remaining unsalted butter in a skillet and cook diced celery and onion for 4-5 minutes until softened.
  4. In a large bowl, combine sautéed celery and onion with shredded chicken, broccoli, and cream of chicken soup. Mix well.
  5. Transfer mixture to baking dish, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, and layer prepared stuffing mix over it.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until topping is golden.
