For the Tacos
  • 4 pieces gluten-free corn tortillas

Cooking Instructions

  4. Pour in water to create a flavorful sauce, scraping up any bits from the skillet. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. In a separate skillet, warm corn tortillas over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.
  6. Assemble tacos by placing shrimp mixture in each tortilla, adding shredded cabbage, and drizzling with ranch dressing.
  7. Garnish with lime wedges and cilantro, then serve immediately.
