Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Whisk together the dry ingredients (oats, flour, baking powder, spices) in a medium bowl until combined.
  2. In a separate bowl, blend the wet ingredients (butter, egg white, molasses, milk) until smooth.
  3. Combine wet and dry mixtures, stirring gently until just combined. Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Drop rounded scoops of dough onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly.
  6. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes, until soft in the center.
