  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced, or substitute with 1 tsp garlic powder.
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Dill Chopped, can replace with dried dill.
For Cooking
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil Can substitute with melted butter or avocado oil.
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice Preferably freshly squeezed.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Season both sides of the salmon fillet with salt and black pepper.
  3. Combine olive oil, minced garlic, chopped dill, and lemon juice in a bowl; stir well.
  4. Place salmon skin-side down in the baking dish and pour the mixture over it.
  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily and reaches 145°F.
  6. Broil for 1–2 minutes for a golden top, keeping a close watch.
  7. Garnish with fresh dill and lemon slices before serving.
