Cooking Instructions
  1. Melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 3 cloves of minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and golden.
  2. Add 1 pound of ground beef to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking apart the meat until browned and cooked through.
  3. Stir in 1/4 cup of honey, 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce, 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika, and season with salt and pepper. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  4. In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of honey, 2 tablespoons of BBQ sauce, and 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika. Whisk until smooth.
  5. Warm tortillas in a skillet for 15-20 seconds on each side or microwave for 10-15 seconds.
  6. Assemble tacos by placing beef mixture in tortillas, drizzling with taco sauce, and topping with cheese and cilantro.
  7. Serve immediately while warm and enjoy with sides like rice or salad.
