Step-by-Step Instructions for Cookies and Cream Brownies
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8"x8" baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  2. Melt unsalted butter and white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 20 seconds until smooth.
  3. Combine the melted mixture with one large egg, sweetened condensed milk, and a pinch of salt. Stir vigorously until combined.
