- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped dill pickles, pickle juice, and garlic powder. Stir until blended.
- Heat a pan over medium heat, add butter, and fry bologna until crispy (2-3 minutes each side).
- Mix melted butter with poppy seeds, and prepare the opening of King's Hawaiian rolls in a baking pan.
- Spread Pickle Dijonnaise on the bottom half of the rolls, layer with cheese and bologna, and place the top half of the rolls back on.
- Brush the tops with the melted butter and poppy seed mixture.
- Bake sliders for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Let cool slightly before cutting and serving warm.
