Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add 1 pound of seasoned boneless chicken breast to the skillet and sauté for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  3. Stir in sliced red, yellow, and green bell peppers along with 2 minced garlic cloves and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Pour in 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and hoisin sauce, followed by 1-2 tablespoons of sriracha, and stir for about 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh jalapeño slices, chopped green onions, and cilantro before serving.
  6. Serve immediately with jasmine rice or your favorite noodles.
