Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil the Water: Bring 2 cups of water to a rolling boil in a medium saucepan over high heat.
  2. Dissolve the Jello: Remove from heat and whisk in 2 boxes of lime-flavored Jello until completely dissolved.
  3. Add Cold Water and Whiskey: Stir in 1 cup of cold water and 8 oz. of Jameson Irish Whiskey into the dissolved Jello mix.
  4. Fill the Cups: Pour the mixture into 2 oz. plastic cups, filling each one evenly.
  5. Chill to Set: Place the cups in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours, until set.
  6. Top with Whipped Cream and Sprinkles: Add whipped cream and green/gold sprinkles to each shot.
