  • 2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese Shredded

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Steam the cauliflower in a microwave-safe dish with a splash of water for 6-8 minutes until tender.

  3. Add softened cream cheese to the mixture and stir until melted to create the cheese sauce.
  4. Fold in shredded sharp cheddar cheese and continue to stir until melted and thick.
  5. Add the drained cauliflower to the cheese sauce, mixing well to coat each piece, then serve hot.
