  • 1 tablespoon Red Pepper Paste/Sambal Olek Adjust to taste for heat
For Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions Sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds Optional

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Coat chicken pieces in cornstarch, shaking off excess.
  3. Whisk the egg in a separate bowl, dip chicken in egg wash, then dredge in corn flour.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan until 350°F, fry chicken until golden brown, then drain on paper towels.
  5. Combine orange juice, zest, honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar in a pot, heat until simmering.
