  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce Any tomato-based sauce can work.
Toppings
  • 1 cup Pizza Cheese Blend Feel free to swap in mozzarella or your favorite cheese.
  • 12 slices Pepperoni Try dicing up veggies or using alternative meats.
  • 1 teaspoon Pizza Seasoning/Oregano Use dried or fresh herbs.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Cut each canned biscuit in half and press into muffin tin cavities.
  3. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce into each biscuit cup.
  4. Sprinkle a pinch of pizza seasoning or oregano over the sauce.
  5. Add approximately 1 tablespoon of cheese blend to each mini pizza.
  6. Place three quartered pieces of pepperoni on top of the cheese.
  7. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
  8. Allow to cool for a minute, then carefully loosen and remove from the tin.
