Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine brown sugar, orange marmalade, and Dijon mustard until well mixed.
  3. Score a diamond pattern on the surface of the ham and insert whole cloves into the center of each diamond.
  4. Transfer the ham to a roasting pan and bake uncovered for approximately 2 hours, monitoring the internal temperature.
  5. Brush the prepared glaze over the ham and continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C).
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10-20 minutes before carving.
