Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the broiler to high and allow it to preheat for about 5 minutes.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil until smooth.
  4. Place salmon fillets on the lined baking sheet and coat with the prepared bang bang sauce on both sides.
  5. Broil the salmon for 8-10 minutes, watching closely to avoid burning.
  6. Remove from oven, let rest for a minute, and garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
