Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two cupcake pans with paper liners.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the white cake mix and instant vanilla pudding mix. Stir in the plain Greek yogurt, vegetable oil, slightly beaten eggs, vanilla extract, and warm water until smooth.
  3. Fill each cupcake liner about two-thirds full with the batter.
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  5. Allow the cupcakes to cool in the pans for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  6. Beat the unsalted butter until creamy. Gradually add orange zest and extract.
  7. Slowly incorporate powdered sugar and add orange juice until desired consistency is reached.
