Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Gather all your ingredients: Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and mixed berries. Have everything ready for smooth preparation.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine about 2 cups of Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons of honey (or maple syrup), and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Use an electric mixer on low speed for 30 seconds, until creamy.
  3. Gently fold in 1 to 1.5 cups of mixed berries using a rubber spatula. Do not overmix to maintain the shape of the berries.
  4. Spoon the mixture into ice pop molds, filling about three-quarters full. Pack down lightly to remove air pockets.
  5. Place the filled molds in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until firm to the touch.
  6. To serve, run warm water over the outside of the molds for about 10 seconds, then gently pull out the snacks.
