Ingredients
  

For the Fish
  • 1 lb Cod Fillets the star of this dish
  • 1 tsp Salt for enhancing flavors
  • 1 tsp Pepper simple seasoning
For the Marinade
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil keeps fish moist
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice zesty kick; lime can be a swap
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced; can use garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Herbs (Parsley or Dill) or use dried herbs

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 375–400°F (190–200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and chopped herbs. Whisk together until well-blended.
  3. Pat the cod fillets dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  4. Brush both sides of the seasoned fillets with the olive oil marinade.
  5. Place the marinated cod fillets on the preheated grill and cook for 4-5 minutes without moving.
  6. Flip the fillets carefully using a spatula and grill the second side for another 4-5 minutes until cooked through.
  7. Remove from the grill and serve with reserved marinade drizzled on top.
