- In a small bowl, whisk together water and cornstarch for a slurry. In a saucepan, mix tamari/soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, hoisin sauce, and rice vinegar over medium heat until the sugar dissolves, then add the cornstarch slurry until thickened.
- Brush half of the teriyaki sauce onto the roasted cauliflower and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Assemble your bowls by layering cooked grains, teriyaki cauliflower, edamame, and shredded cabbage. Drizzle any remaining sauce on top.
