Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Dough: Cut a fourth off one loaf of frozen bread dough and thaw according to package instructions. Shape into a head and flatten remainder into an oval for the body. Let rise for about 1 hour.
  2. Assemble the Bunny: Once risen, place the head above the body. Cut whiskers into the head, connecting head and body.
  3. Shape the Ears: Create two 16-inch ropes for ears, fold in half and pinch ends. Attach to head.
  4. Form the Hind Paws: Cut third portion of dough into two pieces, shape into ovals for paws, make slits for toes, and attach to body.
  5. Create the Front Paws: Form two small balls for front paws and place on lower body. Shape cheeks and nose if desired.
  6. Add the Features: Place raisins for eyes and sliced almonds for teeth. Cover and let rise for another 30-45 minutes.
  7. Bake the Bunny Bread: Preheat oven to 350°F. Brush with beaten egg and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Hollow for the Dip: Allow to cool then cut a circle in the body to create a bowl for dip.
