Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine rolled oats, walnut pieces, chopped Medjool dates, ground cardamom, cinnamon, and salt. Stir well.
- Drizzle melted coconut oil and maple syrup over the dry ingredients and mix until thoroughly coated.
- Spread the granola mixture evenly on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 22 minutes, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely on the baking sheet.
- Break into clusters and transfer to an airtight container.
