Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, vanilla essence, lemon zest, freshly cracked pepper, cardamom, ginger powder, and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  2. Take a ziplock bag, add the freeze-dried strawberries, and crush them into a fine powder using a rolling pin.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for a non-stick surface.
  4. Dip each whole strawberry into the yogurt mixture, making sure it's fully covered, then roll it in the crushed freeze-dried strawberry powder.
  5. Arrange coated strawberries in a single layer on the lined baking sheet and freeze for at least 2 hours.
  6. Let the frozen bites sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes before serving.
