Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the yogurt mixture by whisking together Greek yogurt, cashew butter, maple syrup, protein powder, vanilla extract, and salt until creamy and smooth.
  2. Fill silicone molds with the yogurt mixture, filling to about two-thirds full.
  3. Add optional cacao nibs or chocolate chips on top, gently pressing them into the mixture.
  4. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  5. Pour the melted chocolate over each mold, ensuring the yogurt mixture is covered.
  6. Freeze the molds for 3-4 hours or until solid.
  7. Remove the bites from molds and store in an airtight container with parchment paper between layers.
