- In a blender, combine 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk, 1 scoop of vanilla flavored protein powder, 1 ripe banana, 2 pitted dates, and a pinch of sea salt. Blend on high until smooth, about 30 seconds.
- Using a separate blender, mix 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk, 1 scoop of chocolate flavored protein powder, 1 ripe banana, 2 pitted dates, and a pinch of sea salt. Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
- Prepare your popsicle molds and pour the vanilla mixture halfway into each mold, filling them about ¾ full. Freeze for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Once the vanilla layer is semi-frozen, gently pour the chocolate mixture over it, filling the molds to the top. Swirl gently with a skewer to create a marbled effect.
- Return the molds to the freezer and freeze completely for at least 6 hours, or overnight.
- To remove your popsicles, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds. Serve immediately.
