Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a 9 x 13 inch baking pan with non-stick spray.
- Crush 36 Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with ½ cup melted unsalted butter. Press the mixture into the pan and bake for 8 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
- Beat together 8 ounces of softened cream cheese, 1 cup of powdered sugar, and 1 tub of Cool Whip until smooth. Spread over the cooled Oreo crust.
- Whisk together 3 cups of milk and 3 boxes of cheesecake pudding mix until thickened. Fold in another tub of Cool Whip and mint extract, then pour over the cream cheese layer.
- Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Sprinkle crushed Oreos on top before serving. Cut into squares and enjoy!
