  • 1 medium Banana peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup Light Coconut Milk or almond milk as substitute
  • 1 cup Ice more for thicker consistency

Equipment

  • blender

Method

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Start by washing and peeling your fresh pineapple, then cut it into bite-sized chunks. Next, peel the banana, slicing it into smaller pieces for easier blending. Gather your ingredients—pineapple, banana, light coconut milk, and ice—and set them on your countertop.
  2. In a high-speed blender, add the prepared pineapple chunks, banana slices, and pour in about one cup of light coconut milk. Add about a cup of ice for a chilled drink.
  3. Blend the ingredients on high speed for about 30–60 seconds, or until the mixture reaches a smooth consistency.
  4. Give your smoothie a quick taste. If desired, add a splash more coconut milk for creaminess or a little honey for extra sweetness. Blend for an additional 10 seconds.
  5. Pour the smoothie into chilled glasses and garnish with a slice of pineapple or a banana wheel on the rim.
