- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, powdered peanut butter, creamy peanut butter, and maple syrup. Mix until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
- Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray, packing it down gently to fill evenly. Freeze for about 1 hour.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Melt in 20-second bursts until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
- Once frozen, remove the bites from molds, dip each into melted chocolate, and allow excess to drip off before placing on parchment paper.
- Return coated bites to the freezer and let harden for another 30 minutes. Optionally sprinkle with flaky sea salt before freezing.
