Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, powdered peanut butter, creamy peanut butter, and maple syrup. Mix until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray, packing it down gently to fill evenly. Freeze for about 1 hour.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Melt in 20-second bursts until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Once frozen, remove the bites from molds, dip each into melted chocolate, and allow excess to drip off before placing on parchment paper.
  5. Return coated bites to the freezer and let harden for another 30 minutes. Optionally sprinkle with flaky sea salt before freezing.
