- Mix granulated sugar, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl. Stir in lemon juice, orange zest, and extract; fold in peaches.
- Pour the peach mixture into the greased baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
- Mix lemon juice with milk; in a food processor, blend remaining ingredients for topping until crumbly.
- Add milk mixture to flour blend and pulse until just moistened.
- Spoon topping over the peach mixture, covering it evenly.
- Bake for an additional 40 minutes until the topping is golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for at least 15 minutes before serving.
