Step-by-Step Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook to package directions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside, reserving some pasta water if needed.
- Prepare the Salmon: Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper and dredge in flour, shaking off excess.
- Sauté the Salmon: Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook salmon for 2-3 minutes on one side until golden, flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Make the Sauce Base: In the same skillet, add chicken broth, lemon juice, and garlic. Simmer for 30 seconds, scraping the skillet.
- Create the Creamy Sauce: Lower heat, stir in heavy cream and fresh dill, simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened. Add salmon back into the sauce, breaking it into pieces.
- Combine Pasta and Sauce: Add drained pasta to the skillet and toss to coat, adding reserved pasta water if needed.
- Serve and Garnish: Transfer to plates and garnish with parsley and Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
