  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of avocado oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and fresh spinach, sautéing for about 3-4 minutes until the spinach is wilted. Remove from skillet and let cool.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey with the sautéed spinach and garlic. Sprinkle in garlic powder, oregano, dried basil, kosher salt, and black pepper. Add the large egg and mix thoroughly.
  3. Fold in the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and crumbled feta cheese, ensuring everything is well incorporated.
