- In a food processor, blend the soaked dates, oats, almond butter, ground flaxseed, honey, maple syrup, coconut oil, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt until crumbly yet holds together.
- Grease a muffin tin and press about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into each cavity firmly.
- Stir yogurt with a bit more vanilla extract and spoon about 1 tablespoon over each oat base, spreading evenly.
- Slice strawberries and blueberries, press into the yogurt layer, and add sprinkles if desired.
- Freeze for 2 to 3 hours or until solid.
- Pop out the bites from the muffin tin and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
