Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Soak the dates in warm water for 5 to 10 minutes. Drain well before blending.
  2. In a food processor, blend the soaked dates, oats, almond butter, ground flaxseed, honey, maple syrup, coconut oil, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt until crumbly yet holds together.
  3. Grease a muffin tin and press about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into each cavity firmly.
  4. Stir yogurt with a bit more vanilla extract and spoon about 1 tablespoon over each oat base, spreading evenly.
  5. Slice strawberries and blueberries, press into the yogurt layer, and add sprinkles if desired.
  6. Freeze for 2 to 3 hours or until solid.
  7. Pop out the bites from the muffin tin and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
