Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 12-count muffin pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut with sweetened condensed milk and stir thoroughly.
- Spoon the mixture into each cup of the muffin pan, pressing firmly to create small nests.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown on top.
- Allow cookies to cool for at least 30 minutes before removal.
- Once cooled, press chocolate mini eggs and jelly beans into the nests.
