For the Veggies
  • 2 cups Bell Peppers mixed colors for variety
  • 1 medium Onion red or yellow work well
For the Top Layer
  • 1.5 cups Shredded Cheese blend of Cheddar and Monterey Jack

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (176°C).

  4. Slice the bell peppers and onions and distribute them over the chicken.
