- Preheat your oven to 350℉ (175℃) and line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Beat on medium speed for about 3 minutes until light and fluffy.
- Add in the egg, vanilla extract, and almond extract. Mix well until fully combined and smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually fold this dry mixture into the wet ingredients.
- Gently fold in the Cadbury Mini Eggs until evenly distributed. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking pan.
