Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, onion powder, garlic powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, beaten eggs, diced ham, and chopped chives.
  4. Gradually combine the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until a dough forms.
  5. Scoop the dough into a rough ball, adding more flour if too sticky.
  6. Flatten the dough into a rectangle on the prepared baking sheet, about 7 by 10 inches and ¾-inch thick.
  7. Cut the flattened dough into 12 equal biscuits.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 22 to 25 minutes, until golden brown.
  9. Allow the biscuits to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before serving.
