Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Crush pretzels until fine crumbs, mix with brown sugar, flour, and vanilla extract. Add melted butter and press into the prepared baking dish. Reserve ½ cup for topping.
  3. Bake the crust for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Set aside to cool completely.
  4. Combine blackberries, sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook for 5-7 minutes until thickened. Let cool completely.
