  • 4 wraps High-Protein Wraps or Tortillas Use flour, whole wheat or low-carb
  • 2 cups Shredded Iceberg Lettuce
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Diced or Sliced Dill Pickles
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Onions (optional) For extra flavor

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 8-10 minutes until browned, then stir in Worcestershire sauce.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, light mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, and sweet pickle relish. Mix until smooth and adjust with pickle juice and smoked paprika.
  3. Warm wraps in the microwave or a skillet for 10-15 seconds or 1-2 minutes respectively before assembling.
  4. Lay one warm wrap flat, spread 2-3 tablespoons of special sauce across the center, then layer with beef mixture, lettuce, cheese, pickles, and onions.
  5. Roll the wrap tightly and toast in a skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve warm with extra sauce on the side.
