Step-by-Step Instructions for Easy Baked Strawberry Donuts
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (176°C) and grease your donut pan.
  2. Blend fresh strawberries until smooth to create strawberry purée.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup of strawberry purée, cane sugar, avocado oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in almond flour, potato starch, arrowroot starch, baking powder, and sea salt. Stir until just combined.
  5. Spoon the batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity about 3/4 full. Bake for 20-22 minutes.
