- In a medium mixing bowl, add your chopped green onions, finely chopped pecans, shredded sharp cheddar cheese, and mayonnaise. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the creamy mixture into a prepared shallow dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
- Open the jar of hot pepper raspberry preserves and spoon it over the top of the creamy dip base, spreading it evenly.
- Cover the dish and place it in the refrigerator. Chill for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
- When ready to serve, remove the dip from the refrigerator and uncover it. Set it out with crispy Fritos or assorted crackers.
