- Prepare the Slow Cooker: Spray the inside of your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
- Add the Chicken: Place the raw chicken breasts into the prepared slow cooker and pour the buffalo sauce over it.
- Cook the Chicken: Cover and set on LOW for 4-5 hours or HIGH for about 3 hours until done.
- Shred the Chicken: Remove from slow cooker and shred using two forks.
- Combine with Sauce: Return shredded chicken to slow cooker and stir to combine with sauce.
- Add Butter: Stir in butter until melted, blending it into the chicken mixture.
- Serve It Up: Spoon the buffalo chicken onto hoagie rolls and serve.
