- Add the halved small red potatoes to your crockpot, pour in the water and beer, and stir gently. Cover and set to low for 4-5 hours.
- Once the potatoes are fork-tender, stir in Old Bay seasoning, celery, onion, garlic, and lemon halves. Cook for another hour on low.
- After an hour, add kielbasa and corn, stir gently, cover, and cook for another 2 hours.
- Add the shrimp, cover, and cook for an additional 30 minutes until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Serve on a newspaper-covered table and enjoy family-style.
