  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 lbs Small Red Potatoes Cut in half
Seasoning
  • 3 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning Key flavoring agent
  • 3 pieces Celery Stalks Cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 whole Onion Quartered
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 whole Lemons Cut in half
Protein
  • 1 lbs Cooked Kielbasa Sausage Cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 lbs Fresh Uncooked Large Shrimp In shells
Veggies
  • 2 ears Fresh Corn on the Cob Cut into 3-inch chunks

  • Cocktail Sauce
  • Fresh Lemon Slices
  • Cajun Seasoning

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Add the halved small red potatoes to your crockpot, pour in the water and beer, and stir gently. Cover and set to low for 4-5 hours.
  2. Once the potatoes are fork-tender, stir in Old Bay seasoning, celery, onion, garlic, and lemon halves. Cook for another hour on low.
  3. After an hour, add kielbasa and corn, stir gently, cover, and cook for another 2 hours.
  4. Add the shrimp, cover, and cook for an additional 30 minutes until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  5. Serve on a newspaper-covered table and enjoy family-style.
