- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring an even coat on all sides. Let excess batter drip off before placing them onto a plate.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or pot to 365°F (185°C). Prepare your batter-coated cauliflower for frying once the oil is ready.
- Carefully lower the coated cauliflower into the hot oil in batches. Fry for about 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Stir gently for even cooking.
